Argentine roots, a decade in Spain, and a love for messy workflows.
I'm Federico Hansson — online I go by Fedsson. I grew up in Tandil, Buenos Aires, Argentina, moved to Spain over ten years ago, and somewhere along the way founded Devsland Soft.
I build operational software that helps small teams scale without chaos: job tracking, admin tools, migrations, and automation. If your workflow lives in spreadsheets and WhatsApp threads, we should talk.
Reduce duplicated admin work, stop losing history, and make day-to-day operations visible and measurable.
Small fixed-scope sprints, clean handover, and systems that can be maintained without drama.
I avoid open-ended projects without a clear 'definition of done'. The goal is impact, not endless features.
A practical stack.
I choose what ships and stays reliable.

Send what you do, what you track today, and what breaks most often. I'll propose a fixed-scope audit or sprint.
