Admin/BackofficeProof: Architecture

Admin CMS + RBAC

Admin tooling with roles, audit logs, versioned content blocks, localization, and SEO plumbing.

Note: Describe the engineering patterns, not the brand, if the original project is sensitive.

The Challenge

Content updates required developer intervention for every change.

No audit trail, no rollback capability, no localization support.

Constraints

  • Must support multiple user roles with different permission levels
  • Content changes must be reversible without developer help
  • Multi-language support needed for three markets

Technical Decisions

  • Versioned content blocks with rollback -- every edit creates a new version, not an overwrite
  • Role-based access control with activity logging for compliance
  • SEO plumbing (sitemaps, meta, hreflang) built into the CMS rather than bolted on

Highlights

  • Role-based access control with activity logging
  • Versioned content blocks with rollback capability
  • Localization and sitemap setup for operational marketing needs
  • Security headers and input sanitization throughout
  • Admin dashboard with quick-access widgets

Results

  • Enabled teams to update content safely without developer intervention
  • Reduced risk through controlled permissions and audit trails
